Hot Pepper Sauce

Description
This is an easy hot sauce to make and it keeps for a very long time. Use it to spice up any dish!Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. hot peppers (for example: wiri wiri, scotch bonnet, etc)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 onions, finely chopped
- 1 cucumber (peeled and grated)
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 2 cups vinegar
- 1 tsp. oil
Methods/steps
- Cut the stem off the peppers
- Using a blender, blend the pepper, garlic and onion.
- Place pepper mixture into a bowl and add cucumber, salt, oil and vinegar. Stir until well mixed.
- Transfer to a clean container (glass is best) and close with a tight lid.
