Quick and easy to make.Ingredients

19 oz can chick peas (drained)
1 onion (chopped)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tomato (chopped)
1/2 cup water
1 tsp hot pepper sauce (optional)
salt and pepper (to taste)
Methods/steps
- In a medium sized pan, sauté onion and garlic with oil (over med-high heat)
- Add curry powder and cook for 1 minute (stirring )
- Add chick peas and tomato to mixture and cook for approx. 5 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and water.
- Continue cooking (on medium heat) for 10-15 minutes.
