Fried Corned Beef

Description

This is a quick dish you can make when you are pressed for time. You can eat this with rice or roti.

  • 2 medium onions or 1 large onion (diced)
  • 1 large tomato - diced
  • 1-3 wri wri peppers - cut into halves (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 - 340g cans of corned beef

Methods/steps

  1.  Over medium-high heat add oil in frying pan
  2. Add onions, tomatoes and peppers and let it sautee for about 5 mins.
  3. Add the 2 cans of corned beef .  Stir everthing together and cook until the meat has softened (approx 5- 10 mins).

Additional Tips

*To cook meat faster, add a lid to the pan while cooking.
