Fried Corned Beef

Description
This is a quick dish you can make when you are pressed for time. You can eat this with rice or roti.Ingredients

- 2 medium onions or 1 large onion (diced)
- 1 large tomato - diced
- 1-3 wri wri peppers - cut into halves (optional)
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 - 340g cans of corned beef
Methods/steps
- Over medium-high heat add oil in frying pan
- Add onions, tomatoes and peppers and let it sautee for about 5 mins.
- Add the 2 cans of corned beef . Stir everthing together and cook until the meat has softened (approx 5- 10 mins).

Additional Tips
*To cook meat faster, add a lid to the pan while cooking.
