Hello, I can be of help for that. I Am sorry I do not know how to do the chicken, but the rice is very easy, use white rice and steam it with chinese 5 spice powder from the indian store, for every 2 cups of rice, 2 teaspoon spice powder, 2 teaspoon salt, 5 cups water, and a tablespoon of oil. Bring water oil and salt to a boil, add spice and rice, stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cover tightly. Open occasionally to see when the water is evaporated, DO NOT STIR! After the rice is cooked and water is evaporated, move the rice to a bowl and keep aside, add 2 tablespoon each of onion and garlic powder, and 1 pack of sazon seasoning. In a large wok, heat up 5 tablespoons of butter. Add 1 teaspoon 5 spice to the butter, and then add in the rice. Stir and sautee the rice well and add sliced bora and cabbage to it. If you're adding meat to it, steam and sautee the chicken as you would when you cook chowmein. Hope this helps
